About Bettsy Tyler

I have lived in the Santa Cruz area  for the past 30 years. A graduate of UCSC, I grew to love the Santa Cruz area and chose to put down roots.

I developed my real estate expertise in the south Santa Cruz and north Monterey counties area. Although, having lived in every town from Scotts Valley to Aromas, I have first hand knowledge of all the areas of Santa Cruz and North Monterey counties. I can easily unravel the complexity of rural properties yet also knows the ins and outs of the beach communities.

I have contributed to the community in the past by serving as a Girl Scout leader for over 10 years, coaching youth volleyball and extensive involvment with St. Francis Central Coast Catholic High School. I enjoy volunteer work and have contributed to many volunteer organizations throughout the area.

Being a Realtor takes me into the lives of my clients... and they into mine. It requires establishing a mutual trust between us. My clients come to know me and therefore know my dedication to serving them. I believe in the importance of being able to listen more and talk less and to promise only what can be delivered.

About Linda Darrigo

I have lived in Santa Cruz County for almost three decades. I have seen the tremendous growth and maturing of the area. I know it well. We have a very special place here with its Mediterranean climate, nearby trees and parks, and glorious beach area. It is, without a doubt, one of the most pleasant places to live. And I am dedicated to making it as easy and rewarding a process as possible for the new or experienced home buyer.

My personal interests include a long term commitment to what most people would say is an unusual passion: martial arts. I have been studying for decades and teach Tai Chi and Kung Fu. My teacher, Adam Hsu, is a world famous master. I also enjoy reading, calligraphy and good food. My study of martial arts has taught me the value of loyalty, perseverance and discipline.

The Tyler and Darrigo team

Our team evolved from the mutual desire to serve clients needs. Many real estate transactions require 24 hour coverage, 7 days a week. There are many complex situations and no two are the same.

Personalities vary from seller to buyer to lender to escrow officer. By having two competent agents working for one client we are able to offer twice the coverage, twice the expertise and twice the care. Our goal is to have clients come back to us time and time again or to refer their friends and families to us because of the great service they have received. We are always evaluating each and every client and transaction. We discuss all options daily, and communicate with our clients to ensure that we are always on the same page.

Our Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how we work.

That said, in our experience as Santa Cruz area real estate professionals, we've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting our clients first. This means keeping ourselves accessible, being good listeners as well as a good communicators, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been our approach and it requires us to continually improve our skills and ways of doing business. In addition, we've found that the latest technologies are enabling us to do everything Iweve always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped us to extend the range of services we provide to our clients.
