SOQUEL
More than a place to visit, Soquel is a place to call home. Geographically split by Highway 1, the town of Soquel and the City of Capitola share a common past, a history shaped in part by Soquel Creek, the natural watercourse that passes through and connects both towns on its way from the mountains toward Monterey Bay. The town of Soquel lies just inland from Capitola, complete with antique stores, scenic two-lane roads and family-operated wineries. This is where our Real Estate office resides and takes part in many local community activities.
